India is set to face Afghanistan for the second time in four days after their initial encounter ended in a goalless draw. Both teams are now in dire need of a victory in the upcoming match on Tuesday in Guwahati, as it holds the key to their progression to the World Cup qualifiers third round. The significance of this eagerly awaited clash cannot be overstated, as it presents the Blue Tigers with a crucial opportunity to advance to the next stage in pursuit of the age-old dream of World Cup qualification.
